Life is busy! I understand that. As a working single mom, sometimes all I have is 5 minutes. It is important to move your body everyday so I created this new series called "Got 5 Minutes?!" Do this 5 minute workout and you can be done for the day, or double it for a 10 minute work out and so on, you get the idea!
